भए प्रगट कृपाला दीनदयाला कौसल्या हितकारी। हरषित महतारी मुनि मन हारी अद्भुत रूप बिचारी॥ लोचन अभिरामा तनु घनस्यामा निज आयुध भुज चारी। भूषन बनमाला नयन बिसाला सोभामिंधु खरारी॥

❖Meaning & Commentary (Vyakhya) (हिंदी भावार्थ व व्याख्या)

दीनों पर दया करने वाले, कौसल्या जी के हितकारी कृपालु प्रभु प्रकट हुए। मुनियों के मन को हरने वाले उनके अद्भुत रूप का विचार करके माता हर्ष से भर गईं। उनके नेत्र परम मनोहर हैं, मेघ के समान श्याम शरीर है, चारों भुजाओं में अपने आयुध धारण किए हैं, आभूषण और वनमाला पहने हैं, विशाल नेत्र हैं और खर के शत्रु भगवान शोभा के सिंधु हैं।

🌐English Translation (अंग्रेजी अनुवाद)

The compassionate Lord, benefactor of Kausalya and merciful to the meek, manifested Himself. Beholding His wondrous form that enchants the minds of sages, mother Kausalya rejoiced. With lotus eyes, cloud-dark hue, four arms bearing celestial weapons, vanamala garland, and wide eyes, He stood as the ocean of splendor.

मैं सद्गुरु के चरण-कमलों की उस रज (पराग) की वंदना करता हूँ, जो सुरुचि, उत्तम सुगंध तथा दिव्य अनुराग से परिपूर्ण है। वह संजीवनी बूटी रूपी अमृतमय चूर्ण है, जो संसार के जन्म-मरण रूपी समस्त रोगों के परिवार का समूल नाश करने वाला है।

English: I pay homage to the pollen-dust of my Guru’s lotus feet, fragrant, delightful, and full of sweet love. It is a wondrous nectarine powder capable of eradicating all afflictions of worldly existence.

श्रीगुरु पद नख मनि गन जोती। सुमिरत दिब्य दृष्टि हियँ होती॥ दलन मोह तम सो सप्रकासू। बड़े भाग उर आवइ जासू॥

श्रीगुरु के चरणों के नखों की मणियों के समान जो ज्योति है, उसका स्मरण करते ही हृदय में दिव्य दृष्टि प्रकट हो जाती है। वह प्रकाश अज्ञान और मोह रूपी अंधकार का नाश करने वाला है; जिसके हृदय में वह प्रकाश आता है, वह बड़ा भाग्यशाली है।

English: The luster of the gem-like nails of Sri Guru’s feet awakens spiritual vision in the heart when meditated upon. That radiant illumination dispels the darkness of delusion; exceedingly fortunate is the soul in whose heart it shines.

English: May that Lord Rama, who is the very abode of all auspiciousness, the dispeller of all adversities, and who sported as a child in the courtyard of King Dasharatha, show his grace unto me.

कलियुग में श्री राम का नाम ही समस्त मनोरथों को पूर्ण करने वाला कल्पवृक्ष और परम कल्याण का निवास है। जिसके स्मरण मात्र से मुझ जैसा भाँग के समान तुच्छ व्यक्ति भी पवित्र तुलसी के समान पूज्य तुलसीदास बन गया।

English: In this age of Kaliyuga, the divine Name of Rama is the wish-fulfilling tree (Kalpavriksha) and the repository of ultimate liberation. By merely chanting it, even a person as worthless as wild hemp became venerated like the holy Tulsi, giving birth to Tulsidas.
